About
I’m Alison and I retired in 2012 and took up photography as a hobby. In 2013 as a way of hopefully improving my photography skills I decided to try and take a photo a day for a year. Although I found it quite difficult on occasions to get a good photo, I enjoyed it most of the time. I decided to carry on with my blog but concentrate on bird photographs as that is my main interest. I will also try and take photos of some other wildlife now and again.
In 2017 my blog was hacked and caused a few problems so I started again afresh. I may put up some of the older blogs in a different format at some later stage.
